 Orders are shipped out every few days generally.

First-Class mail letter options are standard plain white envelopes stamped to be sent out to customers. We offer this service for customers who do not wish to pay for tracking due to the order being of a lower cost. This chosen option is at the customers risk if anything were to happen to the envelope or its contents we can not find them as they won't be tracked. Due to this we do not offer refunds or services for damaged or lost goods mailed in this category but will always package items to the best of our abilities to try to have it arrive.

First-class mail package service retail options have the order shipped in a padded envelope or box tracked as to be found if something goes amiss. In this category we will package orders in a more sturdy manner and will work with customers if something goes amiss with the package being damaged or lost. Keep in mind, tracked packages tend to have a much lower rate of being lost and are in the best interest of the customer.

Priority flat rate box option is for customers seeking their package in a more timely manner and a typically more safe way to have the package to arrive. In some instances for larger orders in this category we will send the order in a BCW box within a padded flat rate envelope. All of these orders are insured.

- International shipping

For this category please understand international orders can range vastly in shipping times. It could take 2 weeks, it could take 6 weeks to arrive. We wish it would be faster but we do not have control over it sadly.

In some instances for larger orders in this category we will send the order in a BCW box within a padded flat rate envelope. Generally these arrive within 7 business days.
